Cornell Food Venture Center Pilot Plant pioneers new food preservation and processing technologies. Renovations o the 1960-built building created a state-of-the-art research facility that supports hundreds of companies develop new ways of producing, processing, and marketing food from New York. The updated and modernized center supports the regional food economy and local entrepreneurs through the testing of advanced technology and the creation of new and innovative ways of growing, harvesting, processing, and packaging goods for consumer consumption.
