Historically, the South Wedge district was popularized by the establishment of the Erie Canal. Today, the architectural language of South Avenue is more diverse than in the 19th century; the stratification of styles of years past is evident, and favors well with the eclectic, active community.
This project consists of 60 residential units and 5,500 sf of retail space. This project maximizes stunning views of the city to the north, and establishes a strong presence on the corner of Byron street and South Ave, effectively becoming the iconic ‘north tip’ of the South Wedge district.
