Victor Central School District hired SWBR to analyze their growth and design a project to accommodate this. In addition, a failing 40+ year old pool needed to be replaced. The end result of the analysis was multiple additions & renovations to buildings on campus. The complete project cost is $28.7 Million, construction started in May 2012. There are several milestone dates of completion. An Addition to the Jr. High School consisting of a 7 classrooms above a previously designed addition was completed by Feb. 2013. The VEC (Victor Education Center) underwent an interior renovation of the existing administration wing to add 6 classrooms along with an addition of 5 classrooms on the south side of the building was be completed by September 2013. The addition at the VEC has been designed for 2 future floors, if the district ever needs more classrooms. The Pool addition at the Jr./Sr. High School was completed in October 2013. In February of 2013 demolition of the existing pool began, in its place there are now 8 classrooms, an expanded Sr. High cafeteria, 2 locker rooms, 4 team locker rooms and a Jr. High fitness center.
