The Alfred State College student housing program provides students with a unique option for affordable housing, which hasn’t been offered before and will recruit students to live on campus. The design concept behind the 150-bed townhouse complex was to create a “Main Street” along the campus road.
The townhouses at Alfred State College create an architectural connection to the historical village. The design style maintains the traditional architecture of the village, while focusing on the technological aspect of the campus. Each building meets LEED® Green building requirements and provides students with the latest technology and enhanced amenities in an independent living environment.
