David J. Beinetti, AIA, LEED AP BD+C
Chairman of the Board/Principal

David is the Chairman of the Board of SWBR. During his 35+ years of experience, he has contributed significantly to the Rochester architectural landscape. He works as a team builder and facilitator with his clients, striving to continually improve the design response by involving all members of the client-architect-constructor team in creative problem-solving sessions. David is an “outside-the-box” thinker and believes that design excellence requires a creative blending of program and operational needs with the appropriate mix of aspirations and visions.

Thomas R. Gears, AIA, CCS, LEED Green Associate
President/Principal

Tom is the President of SWBR, a multi-talented architect and an expert in Senior Housing design. He is a skilled designer and has developed expertise in managing complex projects. His responsibilities include budget and schedule control, project planning, client liaison, consultant coordination and quality control. His skills in organization, communication and design enable him to clearly capture and develop client needs and turn them into efficient design solutions. With his strong background, he can design senior environments that capture the residential look and feel sought after in today's marketplace.

Philip W. Wise, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, CSI, CCS
Principal

Phil is a Principal at SWBR Architects. During his 30 years of architectural experience, Phil has proven his strengths in his ability to maximize project needs while minimizing the required construction; coordinating multiple disciplines, phases and schedules; and providing responsive and flexible professional service to his clients. His range of experience extends to educational, industrial, municipal and community agency facilities. He leads our firm's focus of sustainable design principles through continued education and project design reviews. Phil's expertise in master planning, community and client consensus building, and value engineered alternative development is an important asset to our design team. He received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Ohio State University.

Steven V. Rebholz, AIA, CSI, CCS
Principal

Whether he's meeting with clients in the office or out inspecting a rooftop, Steve is definitely a guy who is on the move. His focus is designing for the K-12 market, and it's an area where he excels and is able to combine his talents in utilizing new technology, visualizing great design, and making everything work on a budget and on schedule. His successes with major projects at the Rochester, Bloomfield, Marcellus and East Rochester school districts are just a few examples of his dedication and passion for school design. Steve is an expert in building codes and the State Education Department process, and assists in training our staff in these areas. On top of his many practice responsibilities, he also manages to stay actively involved in many professional organizations, including the City of Rochester Planning Commission; the Construction Specifications Institute, serving previously as President and a member of its Board of Directors; and as Chairman of SWBR's Codes & Standards Action Group.

E. Joseph Gibbons II, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, CCS
Principal

Joe is an Architect committed to evaluating and defining the specific needs of an architectural program and developing a design solution that will satisfy the requirements of the project as a whole. He is a specialist in Special Needs and Affordable Housing design. Joe is committed to the concept of teamwork within the project team that includes the client, architect and design consultants. As a Principal, he leads client meetings and presentations, consultant coordination and project development from initial design schematics and code review through construction documents and administration.

Mark E. Kluczynski, PE, LEED AP BD+C
Senior Associate / Structural Engineering Department Manager

Mark has more than 17 years of experience and is responsible for structural designs within the firm. His project responsibilities include the design of structural systems, integration and coordination with architects and consultants, and construction administration for academic, industrial, commercial and residential buildings.

Mark Maddalina, AIA, LEED AP BD+C
Senior Associate / Sustainable Design Director

Mark is SWBR’s Director of Sustainable Design. His project focus has been on sustainable buildings, primarily for our college and university clients. Mark has overseen the certification of the firm’s six LEED Gold and Silver certified projects, has written the firm’s Sustainable Design Guidelines, educates project teams and coordinates the firm’s internal sustainability efforts. Mark is currently working on the LEED Platinum (goal) Golisano Institute for Sustainability. Mark is a critical thinker and approaches a project as a team member, works closely with the client, consultants and stakeholders as a resource, and coordinates the team around project goals to achieve shared successes.

James W. McIndoe, AIA, LEED Green Associate
Senior Associate / Senior Project Manager

Jim works closely with the client to meet the specific needs of a project. He approaches each project as a leader of the team, coordinating the combined input of the client, architect and consultants. As project manager, his responsibilities include client liaison, project planning, attention to codes, budget and schedule, consultant coordination, quality control and managing the production of construction documents.

Randal R. Sickler, AIA, CDT, LEED Green Associate
Senior Associate / Municipal Practice Leader

Randy is the firm's Municipal Practice Leader and will advance the firm’s civic and governmental design group. Bringing over 30 years of experience, he creates functional and efficient spaces for court, law enforcement, emergency services and other public facilities. He will continue to develop solutions that enhance the civic realm and provide a thought-leadership-based approach to planning and architectural design on state and county projects.

Robert F. Simonetti, AIA, LEED AP BD+C
Senior Associate / Design Director

Rob is a Project Architect and Design Director with 20+ years of professional experience. He has been focused on skilled nursing environments for the last 14 years and is dedicated to designing meaningful environments for elders. His experience includes design on many senior housing and healthcare projects in a variety of models including the nation’s first Community Based Green House homes in Penfield, NY as well as working with the VAMC on the design of a significant new Community Living Center. Rob performs code analysis, programming, project design, consultant coordination, and facilitates development of the owner’s team throughout the design process. He is also a trained Certified Eden Alternative Associate which has allowed him to better understand and serve providers seeking to change their culture of care and their care environments.

Robert Fornataro, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C
Senior Associate / Senior Project Architect

Robert has over 15 years of architectural experience in a vast number of projects and brings a high level of sustainable design experience with sensitivity to our client’s needs, budget requirements and time constraints. A real collaborator, he is responsible for approaching design with a vision that brings meaning to clients and stakeholders. Robert’s uniqueness is refining this vision without compromising on the core goals that are established.

Nick Christopher, AIA, CSI, CCS
Specifications Manager

With over 30 years of professional experience, Nick has acted as Specification Writer, Project Manager and/or Technical Designer for various projects of all types. As a Specifications Writer, Nick's responsibilities include coordination of client and consultant activities, quality-control measures, and reviewing appropriate material selections for durability, reliability and maintenance needs. He understands the importance of organizing and managing the preparation of specification, while maintaining a high level of quality control throughout each project as it relates to building construction technology.

Cathy Dobrowal, IIDA
Interior Design Department Manager

Cathy’s 20+ years of experience have included a wide variety of client types, ranging from specialized housing to senior independent-living apartments to student residence halls. She is responsible for all phases of a project, ranging from programming through move-in coordination.

Marketing Department Manager

Lisa is the Marketing Manager for SWBR. She supervises the marketing group and is actively involved in the planning, development and implementation of all aspects of the firm’s marketing goals. She is the firm's contact for media, advertising and communications.

Christopher Goldan
Communications Manager/Senior Graphic Designer

Chris has 20 years of experience and lead’s our graphic design discipline with a focus on the intersection of communication design and the built environment. He directs the creative strategy for a variety of project types including wayfinding and signage, print, web, identity and integrated brand strategy for academic, industrial and commercial clients.

Frank O. Ianiro
Quality Assurance Manager

Frank has been with SWBR for over 34 years. During this time Frank has been involved in a variety of projects requiring special expertise. His experience ranges from multi-family housing and educational facilities to medical facilities and masonry restoration projects. As SWBR’s Quality Assurance Department Manager, Frank ensures that all projects technical quality is based on sound architectural and engineering judgments. His operational responsibilities include project review, conflict resolution, specification coordination and training.

Michele Michaels
Human Resources Manager

Michele manages all of our HR functions, including recruiting, succession planning, training and employee relations as human resources manager. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College.

Donald P. Naetzker II, RLA
Associate / Planning Manager

Don is a multi-disciplinary development, management, and design professional. He combines this professional experience with a personal commitment to quality, community stewardship and entrepreneurship. He leads our firm’s planning discipline - providing program management, project management, planning, and site design services. His cross-section of experience includes private consulting firms, public agencies, not-for-profit administration, construction, and real estate development. Don earned his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree with a Minor in Energy Resources from Ball State University.   

David Newton
Construction Administration Manager

As the Construction Administration Department Manager, David has solid skills in planning, development and realization of multi-million dollar construction projects in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. He is an effective leader achieving results through empowering individuals and teams. David's project responsibilities include conducting project meetings, processing shop drawings, reviewing applications for payment, processing change orders, site visits to monitor progress and quality of construction, punch lists and project closeout. Prior to Construction Administration, David served as Director of Facilities for two Rochester area nursing homes. He received his Associates in Applied Science from Finger Lakes Community College in Natural Resources Conservation.

Donald Pannone, LEED Green Associate
Senior Project Manager

With over 30 years of experience, Don’s responsibilities include primary client interface, coordinating consultant activities, controlling the budget, scheduling manpower assignments, and ensuring that design integrity is maintained from construction documents to built form. As the client liaison, Don provides vital consistency, overseeing the project from the initial design phase to final closeout and owner occupation. Don's innovation, attention to detail and skills in organization enable him to successfully manage large, complex projects.

Sheri Seitz, CDA
Finance Department Manager

Sheri manages the finance department, overseeing client and consultant contracts, issuing monthly billing statements and W-9 forms, and processing client payments.

Keith Sylvester
Chief Information Officer

Keith is one of those special employees who is always willing to do whatever is needed to serve others in the firm. He makes every effort to meet the firm’s critical IT needs. Whether that means coming in early, leaving late or working weekends, he supports and enhances the firm’s productivity. Keith’s dedication to his work keeps our network and computers up to date and running smoothly, which is crucial in our business.

Patti Vianco
Administrative Department Manager

Patti is the Administrative Department Manager for SWBR. Her valuable input helps to support all aspects of the firm’s in-house operations. From first impressions at the front desk to getting everyone organized, Patti’s department gets it done.

Deborah K. Barletta, LEED AP BD+C, SharePointp, ERMp
Records Manager

Debora Barletta is Records Manager and the firm’s corporate intranet developer. She manages and applies the firm’s information assets to reduce risk, improve productivity and increase customer value through managing company information and records across systems and platforms. Deborah also educates our employees on established records management policies and procedures, such as record retention period requirements, retrieval processes, destruction methods and file storage.

Johanna Amico
Operations Analyst

Johanna is SWBR’s Operations Analyst and is primarily responsible for resource planning and scheduling including weekly and long range plans, creating new projects and proposal numbers on our network, assisting the Finance Manager with posting of cash receipts, project reporting, archiving, scanning and filing. She is also our Vision administrator, maintaining and developing our project cost accounting software and an expert in Excel.

Dennis J. Baszynski
Senior Technical Coordinator

Dennis brings over 25 years of expertise in building technology to SWBR. He is thoroughly knowledgeable about codes and their implications on construction. His thorough attention to details and construction documentation make him a valuable member of our Life Services Studio.

Jamie M. Bucci, AIA, LEED AP BD+C
Architect

As a project architect Jamie is strongly committed to providing owners and contractors with well-conceived and executed documents, carefully delineating the scope and magnitude of the work required. Clarity and consistency of documentation are vital keys to successfully completing projects with minimal changes, on time, and within budget limitations. His innovation, attention to detail, and skills in organization enable him to successfully manage large, complex projects.

Patricia Cafferky
Architectural Designer

As a recent architecture graduate from Syracuse University and newly appointed architectural designer in SWBR's Syracuse Office, Trish will be responsible for collaborating on schematic design, design documentation and coordination with consultants. While at SU, she served as an intern for AKA Architects in New York City and Hart Design Group in Massachusetts. She recently was nominated to compete in SU’s School of Architecture’s annual Thesis Prize Awards Jury.

Shirah Cahill
Landscape Architect

As a Landscape Designer, Shirah finds creative landscape design solutions in mostly urban development projects that have an opportunity to foster community and improve quality of life. Her most recent positon was Director of Ecology for Complejos Residenciales in Queretaro, Mexico. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from York University of Toronto, Ontario, and a Master of Landscape Architecture from SUNY Environmental College of Science and Forestry in Syracuse.

Kenneth J. Christiano, CSI, CDT
Senior Technical Coordinator

During Ken’s 19+ years with SWBR, he has served as both a Technical Coordinator and Construction Administrator for a wide variety of projects. As a Technical Coordinator he oversees construction phase services for projects. As a Construction Administrator, Ken is responsible for processing shop drawings, reviewing applications for payment, processing change orders, site visits to monitor progress and quality of construction, resolution of RFI and field conditions, and project closeout processes and is a great asset to our team.

Victor M. Cruz
Reprographics Assistant

Victor heads up SWBR’s Reprographics department having full responsibility for our in-house printing operations. He produces large format black and white and color printing, specification and bid sets and all construction documents for both offices of the firm.

Kathleen A. DeLuca
Technical Coordinator

Kathy is a Technical Coordinator in SWBR’s Life Services Studio. She is responsible for assisting Project Managers and Architects in document production and design work, providing coordination between consultant groups and the client, and assisting in client meetings.

Nicholas Durnin, Jr
Architectural Designer

Durnin is responsible for designing and producing accurate drawings based on project and client needs. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Technology from Alfred State College.

Sam Elliott, LEED Green Associate
Architectural Designer

Sam is an Architectural Designer responsible for drafting construction documents and creating Revit building models. Sam has his Bachelor’s of Arts in Environmental Studies from Allegheny College and a Master of Architecture from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He joins us full-time after working as an SWBR intern for over six months.

Caitlin Ellis
Architectural Designer

Caitlinis an Architectural Designer in SWBR’s Rochester office. She is responsible for assisting Project Managers and Architects in document production and design work, providing coordination between consultant groups and the client, and assisting in client meetings.

Marlee Finestone
Landscape Designer

Marlee supports the Landscape Architecture and Planning department. She assists with the planning, design and development of projects, including preparing site plans, initial concept designs and construction documents. She works within the education, housing and commercial sectors on projects.

Corina Folts, CID, NCIDQ
Interior Designer

As an interior designer Corina is responsible for finish and furniture material selections for many of our key clients. She is involved in all phases of design, conducting product research, estimating, managing schedules, applying code reviews and presenting interior design recommendations. She is an award-winning, Certified Interior Designer and has the National Council for Interior Design Qualification.

Sandi Ford
Finance Assistant

Sandi is SWBR’s Finance Assistant and is primarily responsible for processing payroll, client payments and assisting in obtaining all aspects of the firm’s financial goals. Sandi recently was voted the 2012 Employee of the Year. One of the many reasons for this honor is that “Sandi is always willing to help anyone with a task that they have to do and she does her job extremely well without complaint.”

Peter Foti
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

Peter is responsible for assisting the Project Manager in drafting schematic design, construction documents, design development, drafting, client and consulting meeting coordination and building condition surveys. Peter received a Bachelors of Arts in Financial Economics from the University of Rochester and a Masters of Architecture from the University of Buffalo.

Project Manager

Leticia has over 15 years of architectural experience in a vast number of projects and brings a high level of design experience with incredible sensitivity to the client’s needs, budget requirements and time constraints. She is responsible for schematic design, design development, construction documentation, assists with construction administration, and has vast experience in 3D Modeling and renderings.

Chris is an Architectural Designer and has more than 10 years of drafting and design experience. He is currently assisting architects with projects for Danisco, Eastman Kodak, Bausch & Lomb and the University of Rochester.

Jing Yi Huang
Architectural Designer

As Architectural Designer, Jing Yi designs and documents production, assists the firm’s project architects and managers and performs site visits. She received a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University.

Elvedin Krupic
Technical Coordinator

Elvedin studied architecture at the College of Architecture in Sarajevo. After his arrival in the U.S., Elvedin started work at SWBR as the Print Room Manager and then moved to the position of Drafter. Elvedin has been with the firm for over 18 years. In addition to his field survey work, he has constructed models for various buildings and has served as a drafter and technical coordinator on several projects.

Jeff LaDue, AIA
Senior Project Manager

Jeff specializes in complex addition and renovation projects for technically challenging programs such as advanced manufacturing, clean technology, industry and laboratories. He received a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Building Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Elissa Maida
Finance Assistant

Elissa is responsible for assisting the finance manager with departmental duties including billing and contract management, collections and project resource planning and scheduling. She also will be responsible for providing support to project managers and principals. Maida earned her Associates Degree in Accounting from Monroe Community College.

Jodi Mason, CID
Interior Designer / ASID, NCIDQ #22238

Jodi’s experience in healthcare and educational design make her an asset to any project team. She brings a strong emphasis to project management including coordination of drawings and one on one interaction with clients. Jodi works in several market sectors, but has recently focused on interior design for senior housing.

Joseph W. McNinch
Architectural Designer

Joe is an Architectural Designer responsible for assisting project managers and architects in document production and design work, providing coordination between consultant groups and the client, and assisting in client meetings. Joe also brings more than five years of experience in design, milling, framing and construction of both residential and commercial structures.

Lisa C. Morgia
Senior Administrative Assistant

Lisa is an Executive Assistant and Specifications Coordinator, assisting across all of SWBR’s studios to provide administrative support. She is also the coordinator for SWBR’s product sessions and CSI Assistant for the CSI Vendor Night. She brings strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail to support projects in a well-organized manner.

Kyle Morris
Architectural Designer

Based out of our Syracuse office, architectural designer Morris will be responsible for design, coordination and production efforts on all project types. He has more than 10 years of experience in the industry and brings an expertise in building code to the SWBR team. Morris earned his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering Technology from Alfred State College.

Kimberly Mura
Marketing Coordinator

As part of the marketing department, Kim manages and prepares RFP responses and proposal letters, qualification packages and communications. She assists with various marketing duties such as tradeshow coordination, award submissions, distribution of marketing materials, updating employee resumes and project bio-sheets and helps to prepare client interviews.

Jennifer O'Shea, AIA, LEED GREEN ASSOCIATE
Project Manager

Jennifer is a Project Manager who is responsible for design documentation, sketching and programming for a variety of the firm’s key clients. She specializes in design and construction on pharmaceutical and semiconductor facility projects, and has served internationally in both Ireland and Russia.

Diana Kalvitis-Pannone, ASID, CID, LEED Green Associate
Sr. Interior Designer

Diana has been a Certified Interior Designer for over two decades, and has spent 23 years designing commercial interiors for SWBR. Her experience in corporate, retail, educational and senior living makes her an asset to any team. Diana treats every project as a unique design problem, each receiving careful and thoughtful consideration with personalized creativity that accentuates the clients functional and aesthetic goals. Most valuable are her strong organizational skills that enable her to manage the finer details of a project in a well-organized, concise manner. Diana's passion for exceptional design has earned her projects many design awards over the years, as well as being published in retail design magazine VS+SD and in various product marketing publications and newsletters.

Jaimie Patton
Structural Designer

Jaimie is an intern Structural Engineer with over five years experience working on educational projects understanding and integrating new design concepts with existing conditions. Experienced in pre-engineered building designs as well as; commercial and municipal buildings. Proficient in several design programs including RAM Structural Systems, RAM Elements, ENERCALC and Architectural Desktop. Trained in Revit. Fundamentals of Engineering (EIT) certified.

Erik Reynolds, CDT
Architectural Designer

Erik is an Architectural Designer responsible for drafting construction documents and creating Revit building models. An Alfred State College graduate, Erik joins us full-time after working as an SWBR intern for six months.

Kris Sambor
Graphic Designer

Kris brings graphic design experience with a focus on service-based companies. He supports all facets of graphic design at the firm, including client signage and brand refreshes. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Alfred University.

Director of First Impressions

Debbie has been with SWBR for over 30 years and provides administrative support for the entire firm. Her great attitude, flexibility and professionalism provide a welcoming environment for both our clients and staff.

Dylan Smith
Architectural Designer

Dylan is responsible for partnering with architects and teams on the design and coordination of the firm’s projects through all phases of the design process. He brings over six years of experience in building renovation and rehabilitation, with a focus on building enclosure detailing and improving building performance through meaningful design. He received a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Syracuse University.

Megan Smith
Interior Designer

In her role as interior designer, Megan is responsible for creating presentation boards for clients, monitoring current sustainable products and trends, and selecting the correct materials, furniture and space planning. She has experience assisting designers with material selection, AutoCAD drawings, site visits, client meetings and project development. Megan received her associate degree from Monroe Community College and a bachelor’s degree from Villa Maria College.

Administrative Assistant

Kathy is an Administrative Assistant who assists across all of SWBR’s studios to provide administrative support. She brings strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail to support projects in a well-organized manner.

John B. Sousa
Senior Structural Designer

John is a Senior Structural Designer and is responsible for the design of structural systems, integration and coordination with architects and consultants, and oversees structural drawing production and coordination for industrial, academic, commercial, medical and residential buildings.

Jim Vekasy, RA, LEED AP
Project Architect

As a project architect, Jim will be involved in all phases of a project. He is currently working on the Canandaigua VA Medical Center Home project, part of a $200 million upgrade to the VA facilities. Prior to joining SWBR, he worked as project architect in Boston for ten years on large government, municipal, transportation, housing and university projects. He earned his bachelor’s degree in architecture from Syracuse University.

Administrative Assistant

Pauline is an Administrative Assistant who assists across all of SWBR’s studios to provide administrative support. She brings a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail to support projects in a well-organized manner.

Lyndsey P. Bakos-Schneider, PE, LEED AP
Associate / Structural Engineer

Lyndsey has over 15 years of experience and is responsible for designing structural systems, integration and coordination with architects and consultants, and construction administration for academic, industrial, commercial and residential buildings. She oversees structural drawing production and detailing, shop drawing review, and excels at collaborative problem solving on complex projects.

As a Project Architect, Dan builds upon his 20+ years of professional practice, his goals are to build a project from Programming and Design to Construction Documents and Construction Administration. He focuses on guiding the Owner’s ‘vision’ with multi-disciplined coordination and cooperation, and strives to insure that the Owner’s Design and Programming requirements are implemented.

Eric D. Holmquist, RA, LEED AP BD+C

Eric has worked on several large and complex projects in multiple markets, including historic, academic, residential, healthcare, commercial and institutional. With a strong technical background and skilled design abilities, Eric has led large complicated jobs requiring strong organizational, supervisory and communication skills in order to meet tight deadlines and budgets. His careful management of the CD phase reduces problems during construction and his thorough knowledge of a project makes him very adept at identifying potential conflicts, unforeseen conditions, or non-complying work before they become serious problems.

Joe brings over 14 years of regional, full service, programming, pre-referendum, design, management, and construction administration experience as an Architect, Project Manager, and Architectural Designer. He has worked on a variety of school facilities, with projects encompassing new building design, building renovations and additions, roof replacements, and existing building condition surveys.

Associate/Project Manager

Matt is the branch manager of SWBR’s Central New York office. He is responsible for implementing the firm’s mission of positively impacting lives through meaningful design and provide expertise, innovation and entrepreneurial thinking. He supports all of the firm's design studios and manages the Syracuse office operations.

David has completed several complex projects for districts in New York State.

As part of our K12 studio, Allison is strongly committed to providing owners and contractors with well-conceived and executed documents, carefully delineating the scope and magnitude of the work required. Clarity and consistency of documentation are keys to successfully completing projects with minimal changes, on time, and within budget and Allison has had a strong track record of successfully managing several large, complex projects for districts in New York State.

Kristin M. Schuster, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, CSI
Associate / Project Architect

As a vital member of the design team, Kristin is responsible for the USGBC LEED Certification process on several projects. She is also responsible for designing and developing concepts for projects, creating 3D models and images for presentations to clients and donors, and preparing schematic through construction documents in Revit. Kristin also has experience with code research and evaluation, engineering systems coordination, programming and planning, site analysis, and construction administration.

Iain has been with SWBR for 14 years. He is a key member of many project teams and specializes in educational design. Iain works closely with our project teams on space planning, codes, budget and schedule, consultant coordination, quality control and the production of all documents.

Associate / Structural Engineer

Matt is responsible for the design of structural systems, integration and coordination with architects and consultants, and also oversees structural drawing production and detailing, shop drawing review, and coordination for industrial, academic, commercial, medical and residential buildings.

Lynanne Wehner, AIA
Associate/Project Architect

Lynanne is a licensed architect who enjoys working closely with clients to deliver successful projects that satisfy their needs. She has been working as an Architect for over 30 years and for the past 10 years has had a concentration in K-12 school projects. Lynanne's experience includes space planning, code review, schematic design, design development, preliminary budgeting, cost estimates, development and review of contract documents, construction bidding assistance and construction administration. Her market expertise includes projects in Residential, Commercial and Educational facilities. Working in a team environment to deliver successful projects that satisfy client needs and exceed expectations provides Lynanne with professional satisfaction.

Ryan J. Zegarelli, AIA
Associate / Project Architect

Ryan works closely with the project team to perform a variety of tasks including architectural renderings, space planning, drafting, design development, schematic design, and graphic design for presentations. He has specialized in design for College and University projects for clients such as Rochester Institute of Technology, Roberts Wesleyan College, and Nazareth for four years. Additionally, Ryan is part of the team that leads the Revit/BIM effort at SWBR.
