Congratulations to our design team, including Joe Gibbons, Tim Zigarowicz and Joe McNinch, who were all on hand to celebrate the ribbon cutting of these historic, beautifully renovated apartments in Clifton Springs.

The renovated facility for low income seniors includes 109 studio, one- and two-bedroom units with all new kitchen and bathroom finishes, flooring, interior doors, and new entry door hardware.  Windows and roofs were completely replaced and the elevators were refurbished.  Improvements were made to the common areas, which include community dining rooms, community meeting space with a piano and fireplace, a rooftop solarium, and front porch with chairs for relaxing.  The building, added to the National Registry of Historic Places in 1979, includes a chapel with a favrile glass mosaic of the Last Supper by Louis Comfort Tiffany.
