Evergreen Health Services Holds Ground Breaking

Monday, July 20, 2015

Congratulations to Evergreen Health Services on their groundbreaking on July 15.

The organization provides a range of primary care and health care services to 2,000 people at the facility, while other related programs serve about 13,000 clients from the building. “Our ability to serve people the way we want to serve is tough. We are cramped,” said Ronald Silverio, CEO of the Evergreen Association of WNY Inc., the parent company for Evergreen Health.

The agency broke ground on an $11 million project that includes a five-story, 33,000-square-foot expansion. In addition to nearly tripling capacity for the health care practice, the project provides new administrative offices and room for other programs in the building to expand. Evergreen worked with SWBR Architects, the Buffalo Planning and Preservation Boards, Hutch Tech High School, the Chippewa Alliance and neighbors in the community to design the new facility, which features a terracotta façade and a glass atrium. LPCiminelli is the general contractor.
