SWBR's Chris Frank participated in the event, aimed at exposing Edison freshman to the many college and career opportunities available to them.

Said Jeremy Boehlke, Work-Based Learning Coordinator for the school, "On behalf of the Edison leadership, may I express a big thank you to each one of you for making yesterday so special for our freshmen. Each conversation that was had, story that was shared, advice that was given, question that was answered, and inspiration that was planted will bear fruit. It might not be tomorrow or next week, but certainly as we look at three years from now when they will be graduating seniors, these conversations will be ones that will have guided them.

One big take away I had was the impression how each one of you considered this time well invested. I appreciate this so much. At Edison we discuss every day how much work there is to do in helping our students reach their next step. In this lens, yesterday 105 students experienced an element of exposure to our community—not just the jobs and careers and post-secondary ventures, but the heart of it."

Nice job Chris!
